Accurate and affordable fertilizer dosing
Safe and affordable use of water and fertilizers in horticulture is a challenge for every grower. The Priva NutriFit ensures that the crop gets the right amount of water and fertilizer at the right time. It makes EC and pH control affordable for any grower.
Fertilizer tanks are connected to the Priva NutriFit. These contain soluble fertilizers dissolved in water. The dissolved fertilizers are injected into the NutriFit mixing tank, where they are mixed with water and evenly pumped to the crop. The NutriFit can mix a maximum of five solutions simultaneously, e.g. four fertilizer solutions and one acid/lye solution. The dual EC and pH measurements provide maximum reliability. The NutriFit can be controlled by an
integrated process computer or an external Priva process computer. The operating system for the Priva NutriFit is available in a variety of languages.
The Priva NutriFit can be used with all types of irrigation systems (overhead or drip irrigation, ebb and flood systems). The acidity can be adjusted with acid or lye to achieve the optimal pH value. The NutriFit is available for capacities ranging from 5 to 25 cubic metres per hour (22 to 110 gpm). A pump selection can be made, to fit your specific needs regarding capacity and pressure. The Priva NutriFit is easy to integrate into existing configurations and provides efficient solutions for small to medium size operations.
To prevent the waste of costly fertilizers, the process computer has built-in functions to control the pre-mixing of collected run-off water with fresh water. As a general rule, savings of 30-40 percent on water and fertilizer costs are achieved by utilizing this reuse function and unnecessary pollution of the environment can be prevented.
NutriFit systems are extremely durable and require very little maintenance. The system is made of stainless steel and sustainable plastics and the number of moving parts is kept to a minimum.
