The Priva Blue ID building management system plays a central role in ensuring that all technical facilities and systems in the building operate in harmony, contributing to more efficient operations. This includes optimizing energy usage, which leads to energy savings and a greener profile. Additionally, the system's management of ventilation, temperature, and lighting creates a comfortable and healthy indoor environment for the building's occupants.
Across the school’s three floors, a total of 175 controllers and five main controllers have been implemented. Heating and ventilation are fully integrated into the BMS. The system also includes room control and pressure maintenance zones. Temperature sensors have been installed near the windows in the large open atrium, which are also under system control. The windows open when the temperature exceeds a certain threshold, while taking rain and wind conditions into account.

Vitani Building Control is the lead Priva Partner in Denmark and the largest Nordic distributor of Priva BMS, including various digital services and predictive solutions. Sales are conducted through Vitani Building Control’s certified partner network, which also handles physical installation, system setup and operation. BE Installationer, one of Vitani Building Control’s enterprise partners, has been responsible for the installation and the entire implementation process at the new school in Viborg.
