This webinar highlights the journey of a 150-year-old building into becoming a Paris proof building (using less than 70 kWh per sqr meter floorspace). If it is possible for that building, it is certainly possible for more modern buildings. Becoming Paris proof was accomplished by combining 'traditional' solutions such as a heat pump and solar panels with smart, predictive technology. The actual energy consumption is now 56 kWh per sqr meter so, even better than Paris Proof.
